Job Description:

- Fully understand customer needs on each part and related technical standards;

正確理解客戶需求以及相關(guān)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

- Keeping and up-dating customer standards;

有序保存并及時更新客戶技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

- According to customer needs and currently equipment capability design production technology for production process on reasonable productivity and cost. And offer professional suggestion on product function if necessary;

根據(jù)客戶需要以及當(dāng)前設(shè)備能力，在保證合理產(chǎn)出效率以及生產(chǎn)成本前提下設(shè)計產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)工藝，必要時應(yīng)給予客戶產(chǎn)品功能方面的專業(yè)建議；

- Create production documentations ( drawings, Main-cart )for operation;

擬制所有產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文檔（如圖紙，主卡等）；

- Maintenance all engineer documents that are used in company and ensure 100% correct and can be fully understood by operation people;

維護(hù)工程文檔，確保100%準(zhǔn)確以及運營人員正確理解；

- Give technical support to floor production;

為生產(chǎn)第一線提供技術(shù)支持；

- Cooperate with sales department on all customer needs changing based on customer focus and company profits;

與銷售人員合作應(yīng)對客戶需求變更，致力于聚焦客戶需求并確保公司利益；

- Cooperate with purchaser and offer technical support on new supplier developing;

在新供應(yīng)商開發(fā)方面向采購人員提供必要的技術(shù)支持；

- Always improving tool design for high productivity and lowering tool cost.

不斷改進(jìn)設(shè)計工藝（尤其是模具設(shè)計）提高生產(chǎn)效率，降低模具成本。

Requirement:

- Mechanical engineering bachalor;

機(jī)械、金屬本科學(xué)歷；

- At least 3 years engineering experience in Automotive industry, Cold forging industry is prefered;

至少3年汽車行業(yè)技術(shù)工作經(jīng)驗，最好有鍛壓類工作經(jīng)驗；

- Be good at AutoCAD and MS office( word, excel);

熟練使用繪圖軟件AutoCAD和辦公軟件；

- Good English communication skill both oral and written;

可以用英文交流；

- Must have good learning skill, as well as interest and enthusiasm in acquiring experience;

擅于學(xué)習(xí)，愿意了解及掌握新知識；

- Team work member and can work under pressure.

有團(tuán)隊合作精神，可以承受壓力工作。
