Main Responsibility:

Ensure project targets according to project proposal are achieved

Technical responsibility of developed product

Coordination of development team during project lifetime

Draft and develop new door system/window regulator concepts

Follow and apply Brose strategy in Chinese Market, with Chinese and other OEM


Job Description:

· Job related coordination of development teams with co workers of different departments and central functions

· Conduct, initiate and supervise development tasks according to schedule

· Customer/Supplier interface and related tasks

· Planning of Projects in coordination with department heads

· Project management of customer and internal projects

· Organize product/concept workshops (internal, external)

· Issue project applications, including team structures (including JV partners) as basis for decision making

· Establish design department at AI Office, including equipment


Job Requirement:

－ － Bachelor degree or above major in engineering

－ － Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in automotive industry in China, at least 2 years’ experience working as a Project leader

－ － Fluent English, both speaking and writing 

－ － Familiar with Design Principles in Automotive Industry, Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods

－ － Good knowledge of material technology and manufacturing methods, CAD

－ － Clear thinking, Good sense of responsibility, patient and can work independently and stand with high pressure
