2.RESPONSIBILITIES 工作內(nèi)容
Drive manufacturing processes and production flow, set up production lay out
促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝流程以及產(chǎn)品線，制定生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)
Knows well about the production line setup, capacity analysis and 5S maintenance
熟悉生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)，性能設(shè)計(jì)以及5s維護(hù)
Establish and communicate manufacturing support documents, procedures or specifications (working instruction, routines, cost control, drawings, set ups…)
建立以及傳達(dá)生產(chǎn)支持性文檔，步驟或者標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書，規(guī)范，成本控制，制圖，設(shè)計(jì)等）
Ability to manage day to day production support and problem solving independently and quickly, as well as developing the vision of manufacturing continuous improvement
能管理每日生產(chǎn)的提供的支持，獨(dú)立快速的解決問(wèn)題，以及提供持續(xù)性生產(chǎn)提供的意見
Design the fixtures needed for production or modify the current fixtures or equipments.

Communicate with the equipment/fixture supplier about the technical details

Suggest related investments

Drive manufacturing cost control and cost reduction programs

3.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 知識(shí)&技能


Formal qualifications 學(xué)歷要求: University degree, major in mechanic or electricity.機(jī)械或者機(jī)電專業(yè)本科


Skills 技能: Fluent mandarin, good English level at reading, writing, listening and speaking.
熟練的普通話以及英語(yǔ)（聽說(shuō)讀寫）
Good computer skill, MS office software, lotus notes, AutoCAD and etc. 電腦技能（辦公軟件，Lotus Notes,AutoCAD等）

Knowledge 知識(shí): Good manufacturing industrial knowledge. Knows well about the assembly and common electrical ****s of the welding machine or other similar equipment. 掌握制造業(yè)的知識(shí)，熟悉焊機(jī)或者類似設(shè)備的裝配以及普電測(cè)試


吃苦耐勞，工作主動(dòng)，對(duì)工藝感興趣，能對(duì)立完成各項(xiàng)工作，有主見。
