1.Responsibilities
Creates, develops and manages systematically and pro-actively effective business relationships with Key Accounts within assigned territory to achieve sales goals and develop long term partnerships.
Builds the Lincoln Electric brand identity and develops Lincoln’s value proposition
Ensures effective assessments of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee achievement of sales objectives.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts Sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Work with the RD to develop targeted marketing campaigns and business plans for the next phase of LE China’s development
Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective Key Accounts to increase product awareness.
Participate in trade shows and fairs and support events.

3.Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Have an Engineering degree.
Minimum of 5 years successful experience in a Sales management role.
Ability to conduct sales presentations and hands on demonstrations
Ability to interact at every level
Good knowledge of industrial sales channels. Knowledge of the Welding Industry is a plus.
Fluency in English,
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Proved experience in similar activities is preferred.
