現(xiàn)場工藝執(zhí)行情況的確認
策劃工藝改進項目，跟蹤工藝改進項目的進展
策劃降成本項目，跟蹤項目的進度
產(chǎn)品標準工時的分析
產(chǎn)品損耗率的分析
產(chǎn)品成本分析
設(shè)備產(chǎn)能的分析與平衡
質(zhì)量問題的調(diào)查與解決
新員工入職培訓(xùn)
新設(shè)備的選型
現(xiàn)場的物料與設(shè)備布局優(yōu)化
根據(jù)銷售預(yù)測提供設(shè)備產(chǎn)能分析以及人員需求等信息
1. Compile the process instruction, work instruction, process flow chart, etc.
2. Cooperate with the workshops to finish the production plan
3. Provide technical support to production process
4. Improve and optimize the process flow to productivity
5. Set up the implement the standard man-hour system
6. Ensure the smooth process from trial production to mass production
7. Provide technical training for operatoin employees
8. Fulfill other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or other related areas
2. Fluent in spoken and written English, CET-4 or above
3. At least 3 years experience in related industry, multinational is a plus
4. Familiar with realted process and equipments
5. Know well of quality system, ISO 9000
