Job Requirements：
1. Has worked in the Injection Mold industry at a Tool shop as a Program manager or in the Supplier base as a Tooling Eng. Min. 8 yrs.Junior College Degree in plastics, tool, or manufacturing engineering
2. Strong Knowledge of Plastic Injection mold construction and design evaluation.
3. Knowledge of processing different Plastic materials.
4. Strong Knowledge of Tool shop Machining processes.
5. Strong Knowledge of Plastic part design i.e. Parting lines, Gating, Steel conditions.
6. Knowledge on how to manipulate Mold 3D cad and read mold 2D construction drawings.
7. English speaking, reading and writing very important.
Job Responsibility
1. Develop and build Injection molds and working closely with Tool shops
2. Coordinate all activities for mold design and build with tool shops.
3. Review mold designs (2D & 3D) to check list and mold standards.
4. Attend mold processing trials at tool shops, document sample run.
5. Quote Engineering changes for tooling as required.
6. Weekly tool shop visits for progress of build and confirm construction to standards
7. Maintain related Tooling documents and procedures.
8. Coordinate dimensional correction procedures.
