- Responsible for the performance of the underlining.
- 管理下屬員工的績效。
- Responsible for implementing pre-maintenance plan.
- 嚴格執(zhí)行預防性維修計劃。
- Guide the underline to solve and prevent serious problem；
- 指導維修員工調查重大的、經(jīng)常發(fā)生或潛在的嚴重問題；
- support to find the reason of break down, and take improvement measures.
- 幫助確定失效零件的真實原因，并建立整改措施。
- Train the underline and keep the maintenance effective；
- 發(fā)展并培訓維修部門員工、有效地維護現(xiàn)有的與計劃的生產(chǎn)設施。
- monitor and follow the status of the underline.
- 監(jiān)督并跟蹤下屬的工作狀態(tài)及工作質量。
Qualifications:
任職條件：
- Education background教育背景：College in Mechanical, Engineering and similar fields機械類專業(yè)大專以上學歷；
- Work experience相關工作經(jīng)驗：Above 3 years working experience on maintenance management.3年以上接插件行業(yè)的設備管理方面工作經(jīng)驗；
- Competencies required, certificates, training
對專業(yè)能力及相關證書、培訓的要求:Good commend in English and computer skills.良好的英語讀寫能力和Office辦公軟件操作技能；
- Management skills （leadership /teamwork/ communication skill, etc.） 管理技能如領導力、溝通、團對合作、影響力等:
a.Excellent communication skills；具有良好的溝通能力；
b.Good ability in planning, organizing, coordinating, analyzing & team work spirits；具有一定的計劃、組織、協(xié)調、分析能力和團隊協(xié)作精神；
- Social skills & personality （attitude, emotion, etc.）社交技能及個性要求，如態(tài)度、情緒控制等:Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure；工作態(tài)度積極，愿意承受高強度的壓力；
- Language & computer語言、電腦技能要求:Strong Oral communication English；Familiar Office, AutoCAD etc software；有較強的英語交流能力；能熟練使用Office, AutoCAD等軟件。
