Light Engineer
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
？ Design and develop lighting system including LED and incandescent bulb;
？ Prepare engineering proposals, including but not limited to timing, cost, technical details
？ Maintain and track engineering progress with the tools like reviews, project schedule, risk management, change management, sample delivery, hour booking;
？ Provide technical services to customer. like: feasibility study, assembly assistants, production lunch,trouble shooting;
？ Ensure the successful project engineering activities according to internal & customer procedures;
？ Complete electronics DFMEA to ensure the robustness of the design
？ Capture customer technical requirement;
？ Support prototype engineers to complete prototype builds, debugging and troubleshooting
？ State of the art service, repair or diagnose the electronics hardware when required during the product development stage, as well as field returns or warranty returns
？ Work closely with the manufacturing department for production support activities
？ Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by department manager
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
？ College Degree or above. Majored in Electronics or lighting or Optics related.
？ At least 2-3 years automotive lighting design experience including lighting intensity, color and scope calculation.
？ Familiar with light tools or similar lighting simulation software
？ Good English and Chinese communication skills (both spoken and written is must)
