工作內(nèi)容
1. 進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)品制造可行性和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析。

2. 編制APQP開(kāi)發(fā)計(jì)劃 ，將客戶要求轉(zhuǎn)化為工廠實(shí)際任務(wù)，與相關(guān)部門(mén)協(xié)調(diào)，保證新產(chǎn)品依計(jì)劃按時(shí)投產(chǎn)。
Prepare the APQP development plan, transfer customer requirements into practical task, coordinate with related departments in accordance with the new products, ensure timely production plan.
3. 建立問(wèn)題清單，并每周召開(kāi)項(xiàng)目會(huì)議，確保團(tuán)隊(duì)知曉并解決項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題，從而共同推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)程。

4. 新產(chǎn)品的導(dǎo)入及生產(chǎn)中結(jié)構(gòu)部件ECN的評(píng)估和實(shí)施管理，協(xié)調(diào)與制程相關(guān)的變更

5. 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求，支持制造工程開(kāi)發(fā)生產(chǎn)所需設(shè)備、工裝/模具、夾具等工具
According to the requirements of the project, support production equipment, tooling/fixture mould, tool for the development needs
6. 組織團(tuán)隊(duì)完成APQP每階段的PPAP文件和樣品提交。
Coordinate team to complete PPAP documents and PPAP sample submitted in each APQP phase.
7. 支持新產(chǎn)品車(chē)間裝配、測(cè)試和早期遏制和試生產(chǎn)。
Support for new workshop assembling , testing ,trial and early containment.
8. 協(xié)助管理供應(yīng)商，確保其產(chǎn)品/制程符合客戶工程質(zhì)量要求
Assist to manage the supplier, and ensure that the product/process meets customer’s engineering quality requirements
9. 依生產(chǎn)及物料消耗狀況，在Plex中實(shí)時(shí)更新/創(chuàng)建料號(hào)及BOM
On time create/update PN’s & BOM’s in Plex system according to actual production & material condition.
要求：
？ 大學(xué)或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械制造或機(jī)械工程專(zhuān)業(yè)
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering
？ 三年以上汽車(chē)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，了解汽車(chē)行業(yè)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)流程及產(chǎn)品要求
Above 3 years automotive industry working experience in project management, knowing project development process and automobile industry product requirements
？ 具有較強(qiáng)的組織和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力、良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
Have stronger organization and leadership skills, good communication and coordination ability,
？ 具有很好的英語(yǔ)閱讀和交流能力
Good English reading and communication skills
？ 對(duì)模具、治具、檢具等制造(包括夾具、刀具和檢具)有一定了解，熟悉五金模具、塑膠模具以及注塑工藝
