5.對(duì)客戶投訴問(wèn)題進(jìn)行測(cè)試分析，并協(xié)助解決問(wèn)題
6.負(fù)責(zé)新產(chǎn)品參數(shù)，信息確認(rèn)，并制定相關(guān)品質(zhì)檢測(cè)要求
7.工作認(rèn)真，態(tài)度積極，做事細(xì)心，英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)佳
Requirement:
1. No less than 2 years working experience at CCTV industry, familiar with HD camera, IPC, DVR, NVR, smart home product
2. Familiar with **** process, can built **** environment
3. Familiar with CCTV **** equipment and software in the market
4. Deep understand the communication protocol, network protocol and all the industry protocol
5. Have basic English writing and Reading ability
