Tasks
After customized technical and skill training(Communication skill, Working method, presentation skill, Negotiation skill and Commercial knowledge), the trainees should be developed as Sales Engineer with high competence.經(jīng)過(guò)專業(yè)定制的技術(shù)培訓(xùn)和軟性技巧(溝通技巧、工作方法、演講技巧、談判技巧、商務(wù)知識(shí)等)培訓(xùn),發(fā)展成為綜合能力較高的銷售工程師;
Master all technology、 processing、equipment and system portfolio knowledge and application.掌握相關(guān)的技術(shù)、工藝、設(shè)備、系統(tǒng)等全方面的知識(shí)及相關(guān)應(yīng)用;
Know engineering project execution both on technical aspect and project management.從技術(shù)角度和項(xiàng)目管理方面了解工程項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過(guò)程;
Through training, have deep understanding of product application and industry know-how.通過(guò)培訓(xùn)對(duì)產(chǎn)品知識(shí)和行業(yè)應(yīng)用有一定的了解;
Learn sales process, customer relationship management, and internal network build-up.了解銷售流程、客戶管理系統(tǒng)和搭建工作網(wǎng)絡(luò);
Sales support and relevant work.完成銷售支持及相關(guān)工作;
Required qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical、Chemical、 Marketing、 Food and Grain Engineering.本科或以上 機(jī)械、化工、食品、糧食工程及市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷類的2020年應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生;
Skilled in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫能力;
Familiar with MS office software. 熟練使用辦公軟件;
Good communication skills.良好的溝通技能;
Team player, excellent service attitude and learning capability具有團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神、良好的服務(wù)態(tài)度及學(xué)習(xí)能力;
Knowledge Management.良好的知識(shí)管理、歸納總結(jié)能力;
Customer focus, result and quality orientation.關(guān)注客戶,以結(jié)果和質(zhì)量為導(dǎo)向。
