- work with Sales to figure out key customer's RD structure and key person

- work with Sales to figure out contact person of project, work as general contact window from RD side

- make project plan, be responsible for project output for key point of project milestone, acc to procedure

- cooperate resource of sample making, pilot run, sample and report delivery standing on RD side

- highlight main problem in a structure way about project delay, delivery delay, and main issue with customer

- maintain good work relation with RD engineers



Requirements:

- 5+ years PM experience in mass production industry. RD involving is preferable

- university degree, oral/written English, team work, constructive, pre-active, Project Management, ISO 9000, MS-office

- work with team member with different individual natural

- arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way

- good time management and skills in communication, result orientation, decision making. good skills in organization and quality orientation. Sense of responsibility

- adjust way of work flexibly way in time manner, to adapt to changing situation (biz wise, or project, and team wise)
