1. Responsible for making new product DFMEA implementation plan and organizing DFMEA review for the battery system, BMS hardware and BMS software.

2. Responsible for guiding design engineers to conduct DFMEA analysis and providing DFMEA training.
負責(zé)指導(dǎo)設(shè)計工程師進行DFMEA分析，并提供DFMEA培訓(xùn)。
3. Establish and maintain failure mode database.
建立和維護故障模式數(shù)據(jù)庫
4. Lead the failure mode analysis.
主導(dǎo)故障模式分析
5. Provide guidance for continuous product improvement.
為產(chǎn)品的持續(xù)改進提供指導(dǎo)
6. Support PFMEA activity.
支持PFMEA活動
7. Other duties as assigned

任職要求
1. Bachelor’s degree.
本科以上學(xué)歷
2. Familiar with Lithium-ion battery system, cell, and BMS.
熟悉鋰離子電池系統(tǒng)、電池和BMS
3. Familiar with IATF16949, APQP, and FMEA.
熟悉IATF16949、APQP和FMEA
4. Three years working experience as a DFMEA engineer.
有三年的DFMEA工程師工作經(jīng)驗
5. Familiarity with the functional safety or design of experiment (DOE) is a plus.
熟悉功能安全或?qū)嶒炘O(shè)計(DOE)者優(yōu)先
6. Familiar with electric car development process or related parts (VCU or MCU) development process is a plus.
熟悉電動汽車開發(fā)過程或相關(guān)零部件(VCU或MCU)開發(fā)過程者優(yōu)先
