Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and partnerships
Create engaging content to produce impactful marketing materials and campaigns
Create and manage campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness
Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns
Engage with the community and contribute to initiatives that boost brand presence and awareness
Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Qualifications:
Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or pursuing masters degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, fintech, or related disciplines
Strong content writing and graphic design skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint design and masteryin design software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator. Familiarity with AI content-generating tools is a plus
Prior experience managing mainstream social media platforms, familiarity with WeChat post content formatting is an advantage
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Effective collaborator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a team environment and engaging with internal and external stakeholders at various levels
Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese fluency in Cantonese is an advantage
Available to work onsite 45 days per week, with a preferred commitment of more than two months.
