1. Job Responsibilities
- Collect market information and make acknowledge of customers, analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products to the customers;
收集市場信息、了解客戶情況、分析客戶需求、向客戶推薦合適產(chǎn)品；
- Execute quotation process from selection, biding, quotation, tracking and assignation;
執(zhí)行公司銷售報價流程，進(jìn)行項目的甄別、投標(biāo)、報價和跟蹤，直至簽約；
- Improve the biding and success rate and fulfill sales targets;
提高投標(biāo)率和中標(biāo)率，完成公司下達(dá)的銷售指標(biāo)；
- Manage contract management and to meet customer requirements, based on the Company’s process;
嚴(yán)格按照公司銷售流程進(jìn)行合同處理，以保證符合客戶要求；
- Manage the contract after sales and coordinate customer and fulfillment departments based on the sales contract;
負(fù)責(zé)合同售后處理，根據(jù)銷售合同協(xié)調(diào)客戶與生產(chǎn)及安裝等有關(guān)部門之間的聯(lián)系；
- Acknowledge and feedback the progress in time and accurately. Control inventory;
及時準(zhǔn)確地了解和反饋已簽合同的現(xiàn)場進(jìn)展，控制庫存；
- Be responsible for AR for sales part;
貨款回籠、催討應(yīng)收帳款；
- Regulate, manage and develop agencies;
規(guī)范、管理和發(fā)展代理商；
- Complete other related jobs from Sales Supervisor;
完成銷售主管交辦的其它與業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的工作；
2. Job Qualifications
- Be familiar with PC skills;
熟練的電腦操作技能；
- Be careful, responsible and team work;
認(rèn)真,仔細(xì),有責(zé)任心,團(tuán)隊意識；
- Good communication and coordination ability;
具備良好的溝通和協(xié)調(diào)能力；
- Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E;
熟悉電梯行業(yè)，對電梯知識有一定的了解；
- Be mature and work carefully;
成熟穩(wěn)重，工作認(rèn)真細(xì)心；
- Good learning ability and positive;
良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力以及開拓進(jìn)取的精神；
- More than 3-year E&E trade experience;
3年以上的電梯行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗；
- Have sales working experiences;
具有銷售的相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗；
- Bachelor degree or above.
本科或以上學(xué)歷。
- More than 3 years of new elevator sales experience in the Guangdong region. Candidates with experience in home elevators, elevator additions, and old building renovations are preferred.
在廣東地區(qū)3年以上電梯行業(yè)新梯銷售經(jīng)驗，有家用電梯、加裝電梯、舊樓改造等方面經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
-The base location is Shunde District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province; the main business scope covers Foshan and Guangzhou areas in Guangdong Province.
