職責(zé)描述：
1. Ensure that the right product is developed and delivered to meet Company's standard & customer's requirement
確保產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和交付符合公司的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及客戶的要求
2. Lead and Conduct the project phase from initial feasibility study to mass production as delegated by the Program Manager
根據(jù)項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的授權(quán)，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和組織項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目開發(fā)，從可行性研究到批量量產(chǎn)階段
3. Prepare regular project reporting (including Budget, Planning, Resources follow up and Potential Risks)
準(zhǔn)備定期的項(xiàng)目報(bào)告（包括項(xiàng)目預(yù)算、計(jì)劃、資源的跟進(jìn)和潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)）
4. Responsible to review and validate project milestone
負(fù)責(zé)審查和驗(yàn)證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度
5. Responsible to highlight project discrepancy (Planning, Budget, Resources…) during project life and provide the action plans to recover to Program Manager/Customer
負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)（計(jì)劃、預(yù)算、資源…）并且給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理/客戶提供恢復(fù)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃
6. Coordinate project with relevant cross functional and multi-culture team members
與相關(guān)跨部門及多元文化團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)調(diào)項(xiàng)目
7. Other duties as assigned

任職要求：
1. Degree in engineering
工程學(xué)士學(xué)位
2. At least 5 years of project management working experiences
至少五年以上項(xiàng)目管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
3. Experience in product design / development from initial feasibility study to production implementation (preferably on battery pack product)
具有產(chǎn)品開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)/開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)， 從前期可行性研究到量產(chǎn)導(dǎo)入（最好是電池產(chǎn)品）
4. Strong ability on project management, decision-making and problem solving
較強(qiáng)的項(xiàng)目管理、決策和解決問(wèn)題的能力
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)意識(shí)
6. Excellent command of spoken and written English
英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)、讀寫流利
7. Good inter-personal, communication and presentation skills
